              Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy – Laugarás Lagoon

              We look forward to welcoming you to Laugarás Lagoon. By making a booking with us, whether for lagoon admission, dining, or group services, you agree to the following terms.

              1. General Booking Terms

              • Bookings can be made through our website, third-party resellers, or by contacting us directly.
              • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed either upon receipt of payment or, for contracted vendors and B2B partners, in accordance with agreed invoicing terms.
              • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive confirmation and updates.
              • Guests with special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs or dietary restrictions) are encouraged to inform us in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

              2. Amending a Booking

              You may request to change the date, time, or number of guests in your booking.

              • All amendment requests for individuals and small groups (1–14 people) must be sent in writing to booking@laugaraslagoon.is
              • All amendment requests for groups (15 or more people) must be sent in writing to sales@laugaraslagoon.is**** and are subject to availability.

              Amendments requested within the cancellation deadline may be treated as cancellations if we are unable to accommodate the changes.

              3. Cancellation Policy

              Cancellation terms depend on the size of your party:

              Individuals and Small Groups (1–14 guests)

              • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the booked time will receive a full refund or incur no charge.
              • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked time will be charged in full.

              Groups (15 guests or more)

              • 15–30 guests: Cancel at least 5 days in advance – Full refund or no charge
              • 31–50 guests: Cancel at least 7 days in advance – Full refund or no charge
              • 51+ guests: Cancel at least 14 days in advance – Full refund or no charge

              Cancellations made after the applicable deadline will be charged in full.

              No-shows are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable. A no-show is defined as failure to arrive at the booked time without prior written notice within the cancellation window.

              4. How to Cancel

              • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to booking@laugaraslagoon.is**** or sales@laugaraslagoon.is
              • Cancellations made via phone, social media, or other channels are not accepted.
              • The time stamp of your email to us determines whether your cancellation meets the deadline.

              5. Force Majeure

              Laugarás Lagoon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions). In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
