Immerse yourself in nature at the Laugarás Lagoon.
When you enter the lagoons, you will be enveloped in water sourced from a natural hot spring just a few hundred meters away. Nestled among the mountains and overlooking the Hvítá river, you are surrounded by the gentle interplay of contemporary architecture in balance with the landscape. And when you’re ready for a refreshing break, take a cold plunge in a pool fed by glacial waters from the river.
The on-site restaurant, Ylja (Icelandic for warmth), will offer a seasonal menu with ingredients sourced from local fisheries and geothermal greenhouses.
This new addition to the Golden Circle is located in the town of Laugarás, near the Iðubrú bridge near Geysir, Gulfoss and Kerið.
