We're here to help.

If you've left something behind during your visit to Laugarás Lagoon, we'll do our best to locate it and return it to you. Please note the following:

• Valuables (wallets, bags, jewellery, phones, cameras and similar items) are kept for three months.
• Swimwear, towels and clothing are kept for one week.
• The standard shipping fee is 5,000 ISK (excluding shipments to the USA).
• Shipping to the USA starts at 25,000 ISK for smaller valuables. Items weighing more than 1 kg will be quoted based on their weight and dimensions.

If you believe you've left something behind, please email us at lostandfound@laugaraslagoon.is with as much information as possible, including the date of your visit, a description of the item, and any other details that may help us identify and locate it.
