Lost Something?

We're here to help.

If you've left something behind during your visit to Laugarás Lagoon, we'll do our best to locate it and return it to you. Please note the following:

• Valuables (wallets, bags, jewellery, phones, cameras and similar items) are kept for three months.
• Swimwear, towels and clothing are kept for one week.
• The standard shipping fee is 5,000 ISK (excluding shipments to the USA).
• Shipping to the USA starts at 25,000 ISK for smaller valuables. Items weighing more than 1 kg will be quoted based on their weight and dimensions.
• Once a lost item has been identified and reserved for a guest, we will hold it for one month from the date of confirmation. During this time, the guest must collect the item, arrange shipping, or stay in contact with us regarding collection. If we do not hear from the guest or the item is not collected within this period, it will no longer be reserved.
